We offer three methods to get your awesome new E-Bike to you.

In-Store Pick Up

As soon as your new bike arrives we will have our experienced mechanics build your bike, check for software updates and set the bike up to suit your personal preferences. Installation of any accessories will also be completed at this point.

​

We will then call you and let you know your new E-Bike is ready to go. You are then welcome to pick up your new ride at your convenience.

Hand Delivery

Central Coast Residents

Bikes are delivered assembled, charged and ready to ride after being assembled by our qualified mechanics. Enjoy the best of both worlds with online ordering and pricing coupled with professional assembly and delivery.

If you would like your E-Bike delivered to you and you are a resident of the Central Coast then we are happy to help you out. When checking out simply select the option of hand delivery. Once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to deliver your new bike.

​

Our mechanics will build and check your bike, adjusting it to your personal preferences. Any additional accessories will also be installed. 

​

One of our friendly staff members will then deliver the bike to your home or place of business. When we deliver our bikes we also take the opportunity to run through all the features of the bike and ensure you are comfortable with your new ride.

Courier Shipping

Select models of E-Bikes are able to be shipped. If you would like to ship a bike please call us on 02 4324 8916 or fill in our contact form on the Contact Us page.

Once we know what bike you are after and your shipping address we will be able to provide a quote for shipping your bike to you.

​

When purchasing your new bike online simply select the option of instore pickup and we will then call you for the shipping fee payment. As a guide our subsidised shipping rates are between $80 & $120 dependent upon your location.

Your new bike will need to be assembled by a qualified bicycle mechanic prior to use.
